We're seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to drive our user growth strategies. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in paid search, paid social, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Search ads and remarketing strategies. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Search ads
- Implement and optimize remarketing strategies across various platforms
- Manage substantial ad budgets and optimize for maximum ROI
- Create and implement data-driven user acquisition strategies to drive growth
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, and engagement metrics
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities
- Utilize predictive modeling to optimize campaign strategies and improve performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and user acquisition, preferably in a B2C environment
- Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and driving significant growth
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, with a focus on Search ads and remarketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
