Head of Operations & Catalog Management:
As the Head of Operations & Catalog Management, you will be pivotal in overseeing the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of event and inventory information on our rapidly expanding platform. Your technical prowess will be crucial in managing and optimizing our catalog and mapping system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the management of SeatPick's content and catalog system.
- Ensure the accuracy of event listings, venues, and ticket information.
- Lead and manage outsourced teams, ensuring efficient and quality output.
- Address urgent event issues and manage real-time updates for high-profile events.
- QA high-profile events, schedule announcements, and the event catalogue.
- Collaborate closely with the core team to align on company strategies and goals.
- Implement processes and frameworks to enhance strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure SeatPick remains at the forefront.
- Manually match inventory to events and assess automated process failures.
- Set up and optimize onboarding processes for new remote team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, previous project management role, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn and quickly adapt to new software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or Airtable is a plus.
- Experience managing outsourced teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in using automation tools like Make (Integromat) or Zapier is a plus.
