Data Analytics Engineer:
As a Data Analytics Engineer at SeatPick, you'll drive data-informed decision-making across our organization. You'll work with data from millions of users and a vast array of data points, developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, creating analytics frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that shape our product strategy and business growth. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, SEO, and AI departments to support their initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale user data.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for complex data analysis and reporting on millions of records.
- Create and manage data models, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across a wide range of data points.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to represent large-scale user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support based on extensive user data.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems for high-volume data streams.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms using rich, diverse datasets.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for large-scale, high-performance operations.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide optimization insights based on extensive user interactions.
- Support SEO efforts with data analysis from millions of user sessions.
- Integrate machine learning models into data pipelines and product features, leveraging our large user base.
- Develop custom analytics solutions for marketing, SEO, and AI teams, utilizing our comprehensive data assets.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably with large-scale datasets.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions for high-volume data.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for large datasets.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts applicable to big data.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when working with complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights from large-scale data analysis.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and handling high-volume user data.
- Familiarity with SEO metrics and tools, and their application to large user bases.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business, particularly for large-scale operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
